You are talking out of your ass. Fascists protect state property. In the majority of fascist regimes the state owns the factories, the hospitals, the fields, the farms, and ALL the means of producing wealth. You are just mixing up all of the things that you have pegged as "evil" in a bowl and baking a cake of stupid.

My point is that I think he was responsible for holding up a Wendy's in an incident where no one got hurt until the cops arrived but I don't consider that to warrant a death sentence. Ultimately what disturbs me is that he didn't get a fair shake. He did not receive a fair trial yet he was executed as if he was proven guilty. That's not how things are supposed to go down and that's just not fair and it doesn't suprise me when the scales of justice tilt to favor two cops and convict a junkie.

That's not what's being discussed. Not being physically/sexually attracted to someone based on the physical traits that they posses is not the same as devaluing that person and considering them worthless. It is having a preference regarding physical attributes - This, no matter how many times you redefine it, is not "straight up top-of-wikipedia-article literal definition shit" racism.

Have you ever considered that it may well be your understanding of racism which is problematic?
